At the magical academy of Dracrow, filled with fantasy, Shalom, a genius girl who grew up loved and nurtured under a great master, suddenly loses her magical powers and is now a dropout at the academy. One morning, when Shalom is troubled by a fairy's prank, she is rescued by a boy. This foul-mouthed boy is Yuel, the most outstanding student at the academy, and for some reason, Shalom is chosen as his partner for the exam.

Hesitantly, they cooperate, and gradually their hearts grow closer. But Shalom learns a sad truth: she is cursed and can never return to being the "Rain Magician" she once was.
